The 2017 End of Season Rally will be held in Burnham on Crouch.

Moorings will be arranged in Burnham Yacht Harbour where there will be a pontoon party on board Avventura.

This will be followed by dinner at the Oyster Smack Inn, Burnham  (menu to follow)

Cost: £29 three courses (Wine/drinks during dinner for own settlement)

STARTERS

Roast tomato and red onion soup
With crusty bread

Beetroot cured salmon Gravidlax

Celeriac remoulade and  sunflower seed granola

Smoked duck and pancetta terrine

Apricot and orange chutney with toast

Classic Prawn cocktail served with seeded bread

Butternut squash and mozzarella Arancini (v) (crispy risotto balls) served with garlic mayonnaise

MAINS

Roast Chicken supreme
Dauphinoise potatoes, spinach and honey roast carrots

Baked sea bass fillets
New potatoes, capers, tomatoes, olives and pesto

Braised Belly of Pork
With creamy mash, apple compote, crispy crackling and vegetables

28 aged 10oz rib eye steak (£5 supplement) with grilled flat mushroom and tomato, home cut chips peppercorn sauce or garlic butter

Vegetarian wellington (v)

Roast red pepper, butternut squash, goats cheese, chestnuts wrapped in puff pastry, mashed potatoes, tomato sauce

DESSERTS

Homemade Honeycomb With Vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce

Apple Tart Tatin
Brandy cream

Passion fruit pavolva With whipped cream and a poppy seed twirl

Three scoops of ice cream or sorbets in a brandy snap basket (Strawberry, chocolate, salted caramel and vanilla ice cream. Lemon, raspberry and passion fruit sorbet)

Sticky Toffee Pudding With warm toffee sauce and vanilla ice cream
