The Final Fast Cruise of the 2016-17 series will be going to the Royal Southern YC on the Hamble on 25 March 2017 for the Grand Finale Dinner and Prize-Giving - http://www.royal-southern.co.uk

The cost will be £35 per person. We will be served a three course meal with tea, coffee and chocolate mints. The cost also includes the rally fee.
Booking will close at 5pm on Wednesday, 15 March 2017 - please be timely in booking as we need to give the RSYC sufficient notice of the numbers and menu choices.

Crayfish Salad with a Dill and Sweet Mustard Dressing, Salad Leaf Garnish
Smoked Chicken Terrine, Spring Onion and Tomato Dressing
Roast Breast of Chicken, Crispy Parma Ham, Shallot Sauce
Baked Fillet of Bream, Fennel and Almond Butter
Meringue Nests, Exotic Fruit and Fresh Cream
Individual Apple Crumble, Custard
