Main: Traditional ‘pie & mash’: Slow cooked beef in ale encrusted in puff pastry,
with creamed potatoes and a medley of seasonal vegetables
Vegetarian: Stilton & chestnut pie
Dessert: Bakewell tart with clotted cream ice-cream
