Starter - 1. Heritage tomato with buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham crisp and a balsamic dressing

Starter - 2. Gin cured salmon, pickled cucumber, shallots and creme fraiche

Starter - 3. Asparagus with soft poached quail's egg, shaved parmesan, and truffle dressing --V.

Main course - 1. Chicken breast, pan-fried gnocchi, peas a la paysanne, finished with a pancetta velouté

Main course - 2. Roasted fillet of cod with confit Jersey Royal new potatoes, samphire and a lemon beurre blanc sauce

Main course - 3. Wild mushroom and spinach strudel, pomme puree, tender stem broccoli, and mushroom velouté --V

Dessert - 1. Chocolate boite, raspberry coulis, salted caramel, chocolate cremeux, and hazelnut crumb

Dessert - 2. Passionfruit and white chocolate cheesecake with orange sorbet

Dessert - 3. Seasonal fruit plate, edible flowers and raspberry coulis --V
