The Gin Tasting will be conducted by our host for the evening Ian Crompton (aided by Ian Stewart).

We will be choosing the Gin which will become our Centenary Gin – one of the star items of Centenary Merchandise we are creating for our Centenary Year. There will be no charge for the Gin samples

Dessert: Chocolate and Orange Mousse with white chocolate shavings
