Fast Cruise 1 - Shamrock Quay, Southampton

 

Provisional courses are attached but are subject to confirmation or change by the Race Officer 

 

This month dinner will be held at The Bistro Restaurant located close to the marina.

When booking please ensure you give your boat and crew names and menu choices as appropriate.

Berths will be booked for boats if requested when booking. Mooring fees to be settled directly with the marina, please ask for your rally discount when paying.

Please book promptly to avoid disappointment as space is limited.

Menu

Starters

  • Chicken satay with pickled cucumber
  • Crispy whitebait with homemade tartare sauce
  • Courgette potato and cheddar soup (v) (gf on request)

 Mains

  • Pork belly, dauphinoise potatoes, creamed savoy and a cider sauce.
  • Parmigiana Melanzana with garlic bread, layers of baked aubergine in a cheese and tomato sauce. (v)
  • Chicken saltimbocca with sauteed greens, potato cake, and sage butter (gf)

 Dessert

  • Warm chocolate brownie, with vanilla ice cream
  • Apple sultana and cinnamon crumble with custard
  • Mixed ice cream (gf) 

 

Please give menu choices individually for each person.

Whitebait, Pork Belly and Crumble will be ordered for any bookings not giving a menu choice.
