Royal Southern YC, Hamble River

The Final Fast Cruise of the 2017-18 Series and Prize-Giving Dinner will see us return to the Royal Southern Yacht Club in Hamble-le-Rice 

Berths have been reserved at Port Hamble Marina - Skippers will be responsible for settling their own mooring fees.

Please see below for details of the menu. You will need to make your selections in advance of the date.

The cost will be available nearer the event.

MENU:

Starters:

Smoked Chicken Terrine, Spring Onion and Tomato Dressing

or

Flaked Salmon with Lemon and Chive, Salad Leaf Garnish

Main Courses:

Medallions of Pork Loin, Honey and Dijon mustard sauce

or

Baked Fillet of Bream, Fennel and Almond Butter

Desserts:

Profiteroles, White and Dark Chocolate Sauce

or

Meringue Nests, Exotic Fruit and Fresh Cream
