In a wet and windy final day at Weymouth, Giles Scott won Skandia Team GBR's only gold in the Finn class.  Australia cleaned up with 4 golds, France took 3 and Holland 2.  But GBR took 2 silver and 4 bronze to round off a successful week.

The British team's silver medals were in the Laser and Sonar, and bronze in 470 Men, 49er, RSX men and RSX women.  The challenging conditions on the last day will surely have taught competitors what to expect at Weymouth - even if it's the unexpected!
