Carol Service and Christmas Dinner - Tuesday, 6 December 2022
Carol Service
The Club's annual Carol Service will be held at the church of St Michael Paternoster Royal in the parish of St James Garlickhythe.
The church is located in College Hill, London EC4R 2RL; this is 150m from the Little Ship Club clubhouse, opposite Bell Wharf Lane on the other side of Upper Thames Street.
The Mission to Seafarers (originally the Mission to Seamen) was formed 1856 as a charity to support seafarers around the world. The church has served as a headquarters for the work of the Mission for many years although its offices have now moved to Bath Place, Rivington Street in the City.
The carol service will be led by the Club's Honorary Chaplain, The Revd Fr Tim Handley SSC. The service will start at 19:00 and will include familiar carols and readings by Club members. Please be in the church at least 10 minutes beforehand.
You are encouraged to bring friends and guests and enjoy the last major Club event of 2022.
