Please note the following Cancellation & Refund policy which applies to this event:

The Club will refund payment to members cancelling tickets before 12 noon on Fri   31st  October 2025.  Later cancellations will be refunded if the tickets are re-sold.  These arrangements are necessary to limit catering cancellation costs which are charged to the Club.
