14 multidisciplinary women, five Tongan Islands, one yacht, one purpose. 

The purpose: collecting and analysing plastic debris in the ocean and on land, to collect data and seek solutions to plastic pollution. 

This is part of a worldwide study organised by eXXpedtion and the University of Georgia. 

Nicola is a member of the the Little Ship Club and excited to tell her story as new citizen scientist.
