May 4th

7.00pm or earlier Assemble West Mersea Yacht Club for drinks (club lawn and bar available for drinks all afternoon for early arrivals). Enjoy view from the roof terrace.

7.30pm 3-Course Dinner at WMYC

Starters

Steamed Suffolk asparagus and hollandaise (V)

Duck hash, poached egg and homemade ketchup

Mains

Chargrilled lamb Barnsley chop & kidney, Spring bubble ‘n’ squeak and redcurrant gravy

Ale & hay baked Norfolk chicken, matchstick potatoes and wild garlic sauce

Celeriac drop scone, grilled apple & red onion, raisin & caper dressing (V)

Desserts

East of England cheeseboard, homemade chutney and artisan biscuits

Baked duck egg custard tart, poached peach and raspberries

10.30pm Late launch return to boats.

May 5th

10.30am  Seafood breakfast at the famous Company Shed (accompanied by wine, juice, bread and bubbles)

12.00am Return to WMYC bar

May 6th

Return to home ports

 

The cost of the rally is £50. (£30 for dinner and £20 for breakfast) and this includes the launch service to get you ashore.
