For December there will only be one Fast Cruise. The start time is 1100-11.10 and the start line will be in the region of Mother Bank (red lateral) to North Sturbridge (north cardinal) buoys which are towards the eastern end of the Eastern Solent.The exact course and start point will be published on the website by lunchtime on Friday 30th November and will also be emailed and sent by text to all skippers' mobile phones by 0900 on Saturday. There will also be a broadcast on VHF CH77 at 0900 and 1000 on Saturday to confirm the course or to announce any changes. The Fast Cruise control boat this month will be Arc Angel.

 

Berths have been arranged at the Folly but there may be too many boats to moor on the walk ashore pontoon. Could you please call Folly Moorings on VHF CH72 as you pass Red No 8 buoy on the way up the Medina to receive berthing instructions.

 

When you have finished please text your times to 07778 362722 ASAP. I would like to publish finishing positions on Saturday evening if possible but it depends on me receiving all times and still have time for a beer or two before dinner after changing into fancy dress. Please remember to text Boat name course sailed (L or S) FC4 start time (hhmmss) and finish time (hhmmss).
