Neither the Club nor the Company will accept any liability for personal injury arising out of the use of the Clubhouse and any other facilities of the Club, or out of participation in any event, rally or race organised by or through the Club whether sustained by members, guests or visitors, or caused by the said members, guests or visitors whether or not such damage or injury could have been attributed to or was occasioned by the neglect, default or negligence of any of the officers, committees or servants of the Club or Company.
