This is a talk about the carrier HMS Furious, from its beginnings as a ‘Very Large Light Cruiser’ to an Aircraft Carrier that served in the Royal Navy from 1917 to her end under the scrap mans torch in 1954. Perhaps the World’s first Aircraft Carrier.
