Uncommon Courage is the latest of Julia Jones' books. 

A fantastic story of courage and improvisation by Little Ship Club members and other volunteers from the 1930s. fighting the enemy; gathering intelligence; improvising against the odds; philosophising about their own shortcomings, and fears for their loved ones. Their wartime exploits and spirit are inspiring. Definitely this year’s must-read.
