In just over one year, Lewis and Sasha have bought and refitted a 1991 Mk1 Hallberg Rassy before setting off on an ambitious voyage. Their journey has taken them from the Solent, up the East Coast, and through the Caledonian Canal to the Firth of Clyde. Along the way, career commitments have required them to pause, weaving in a patchwork of rail and road logistics to reconnect with the boat. Each leg of the trip has been both a challenge and an opportunity to discover what it truly means to “live the dream.” They will continue next year to explore the West Coast of Scotland with the ambition of making it to the Faroe Islands
