'Early' 95th Anniversary Black Tie Dinner

The weekend starts with a black-tie 3 course dinner, followed by a night of casino gambling.
STARTERS
Beetroot cured salmon, pickled cucumber, shallots and crème fraiche
(Vegetarian option: Goats cheese panna cotta, beetroot puree, savory granola and lemon oil)
MAINS
Roasted chicken breast, goats cheese pomme puree, green beans, vine tomatoes and lemon cream
(Vegetarian option: Orzo with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, black olive tapenade and courgette flower)
DESSERT:
Chocolate boite, raspberry coulis, salted caramel, chocolate cremeux and hazelnut crumb
1/2 bottle of wine per person
