IRC Seminar

A series of regional seminars have been organised to discuss:
      Getting more people out racing
      Race Planning
      IRC / Local Handicap / NHC?
      SER (Single Event Ratings for people who only race occasionally) 
      Misconceptions about IRC (Dispel inaccurate “Bar Talk” rumours) 
…. And any other points of interest relevant to Cruiser / Racing
We would like to invite EVERYONE - this includes both sailors who currently do or do not race under IRC plus those who currently race NHC or any other local handicap.
