London Canal Cruise 12th & 13th March

There will be two one day cruises. One on Saturday 12th March and the second on Sunday 13th March. The cost of each cruise will be £15.

UPDATE 25th February
There are currently 3 spaces left for Saturday and just 1 for Sunday.
The repairs to Kentish Town Lock ahve been completed ahead of schedule and the canal has now reopened. The current plan will be to start from Mile End (Central, District and Hammersmith & City Lines) on the Saturday and cruise to Greenford (Central Line and GWR) where we will stop near the Black Horse public house. On Sunday we will cruise the reverse route.

The cruises will take place on board Narrowboat Wee Dram and will start and finish at convenient locations near to railway or underground stations. The exact locations will be confirmed nearer the time.
The cruises will take in the Regents Canal, The Paddington Branch of the Grand Union Canal and maybe the River Lea. We will pass through Islington Tunnel, Camden Lock, London zoo and Little Venice. The exact route will depend on the re-opening of Kentish Town Lock where gate replacement works are scheduled to be complete by March 11th
Each day will begin at about 09:00 with bacon butties prior to departure and we will finish by late afternoon / early evening
