Lord Mayor's Show 2021 - Sat 13 Nov

The clubhouse will welcome members and visiting guests for a buffet lunch between 12 - 3pm (see buffet menu below).  Sandwiches, snacks and drinks will be available throughout the day.

The buffet lunch needs to be pre-booked but other refreshments will be available to all from 10am - 4pm with no booking required.

All visitors will be welcome to relax in the clubhouse with refreshments and take the opportunity to look around.

The Lord Mayor's Show

Alderman Vincent Keaveny has been elected as the 693rd Lord Mayor of the City of London. The 2021 Lord Mayor’s Show begins at 11am on Saturday 13 November 2021.

The 2021 Lord Mayor’s Procession includes full-size model elephants, Japanese drummers, a horse-drawn bus, the tallest fire engine in Europe and of course, the Lord Mayor’s splendid State Coach, the oldest ceremonial vehicle in the world still in regular use.

The Little Ship Club is on the banks of the River Thames next to Southwark Bridge. As the Club is a few minutes walk from The Mansion House and parts of the procession route; it is a good location to pause for refreshments.

The Buffet Lunch Menu is:

• Selection of seasonal salads
• Lasagna
• Summer vegetable lasagne
• Italian charcuterie platter
• British cheese board with crackers, dried and fresh figs, chutney, grapes and quince.
• Selection of miniature deserts.

Price:

The Buffet price is £22 for members and £30 for non-members. 

Booking for the buffet lunch has closed. Other food and drinks will still be available though.

Membership Offer

After seeing the clubhouse and discovering the Club benefits, visitors may want to join the Club as a member. Members enjoy the use of the clubhouse with its bar, restaurant and overnight accommodation. Members will also benefit from RYA and in-house sailing related courses, social events, a lecture programme and a wide range of sailing and boating opportunities in the UK and abroad.
