Little Ship Club Christmas lunch. 

An opportunity to enjoy a traditional Christmas lunch at the Club. 

Booking and pre-ordering is essential for this menu (there will be no walk-ins possible on the day for this menu as the Chefs will have prepared everything already). 

Please contact michelle@bovingdons.co.uk with your choices from the menu below before noon on Friday 3rd December 2021.

The all-day light lunches will be available as usual.

Starter

Gin cured salmon, pickled cucumber, shallot and crème fraiche
Sun-blushed tomato and red onion tarte tatin with a rocket and parmesan salad (v)
Pressed ham hock, piccalilli with toasted soda bread

Main

Roast Turkey, pigs in blanket, duck fat roast potatoes, winter vegetables and a light jus
Salmon fillet, roast potatoes, winter vegetables and garlic lemon butter sauce
Nut and spinach roast, sauteed brussels sprouts and chestnuts, roast potatoes, and wild mushroom sauce (v)

Dessert

Christmas pudding, brandy sauce
Chocolate boîte, hazelnut praline, salted caramel, chocolate cremeux and hazelnut crumb
Seasonal fruit plate, edible flowers and raspberry coulis

Mince pies, tea and coffee included after the meal
