The Mary Rose, flagship of Henry VIII, sank in 1545 off the coast of Portsmouth.  Its secrets remained there for nearly 500 years until the hull and all its contents were recovered 1979 -1982.

Tonight's speaker, Dawn Perrier, was a member of the professional full time dive team who were involved in the excavation of over 20,000 artifacts from the sunken wreck of the Mary Rose.
