At the end of the month we look forward to the annual Round the Island race, with eight Club boats entered so far amongst the 1,800 participating in the event. The Winter season ended with the Seamanship quiz; if you missed it try the quiz out (question and answers). The Music Evening takes place on the 14 June, buy your tickets online. From 6-11 June, the Skandia Sail for Gold Regatta will return to the waters of Weymouth and Portland, bringing together the world's top Olympic and Paralympic class sailors. Follow Britain's top-class team on the Sail for Gold page. I loved this footage of the season's biggest crash. Juno went to Deauville and sailed back avoiding the upturned yacht in the Solent.
