Royal Southampton Yacht Club - Saturday 5th June

This popular bi-annual Double Handed Regatta is a great opportunity to test your short-handed racing skills.  Separate from the renowned Double Handed Series, this regatta is a one-off event with sponsor prizes for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place boats overall in each class.

The day comprises 3 races ‘round the cans’ in the Solent with the first start at 1000.  Courses will be about an hour and racing is open to IRC, RSYC rated monohulls and multihulls.

All crews are welcome back to the RSYC clubhouse in Ocean Village for the day’s results and prizes in a great party atmosphere, kicking off with complimentary drinks provided by race sponsors, Molson Coors.  Prizes will include gift packs of Kasteel Cru Fine Lager.

The sponsors have also arranged for complimentary berthing in Ocean Village on Saturday night for the first 30 early entries which should enable competitors to enjoy the party and stay onboard overnight.
