Major Phil Packer

Phil, who sustained a spinal cord injury on operational duty in 2008, is walking each mile of the marathon in aid of a different charity.  The 25th mile is in aid of RYA Sailability, for which he will be accompanied by paralympic SKUD sailor, Alexandra Rickham.
