Bob publishes detailed charts of 600 anchorages and passages in Scotland (most only surveyed in the middle of the nineteenth century) under the Antares Charts name; he was awarded an MBE in 2019 for his work and is also an FRIN.

A very knowledgeable sailor, Bob owns an Oyster 55 and a motor yacht; he is a very engaging speaker on the task of surveying so this will be a very interesting talk!
