RIN Annual Presentation and Joint Evening with Darryl Hughes - Racing a classic yacht around Ireland.

With Darryl at the helm, Maybird (a 1939 classic yacht) took part in the 2018 Volvo Round Ireland Race and Darryl will recount his experience and adventure. 

He will cover Maybird's interesting history, her Irish connections and, of course, the Race itself which first took place in 1980 and now alternates every other year with the Fastnet Race.

Darryl is a RIN member, a Yachtmaster Offshore and is a Launch Authority for Crosshaven RNLI in Co. Cork, Ireland.
