Ian is a Double Olympic medallist. As Director of Performance Racing at the RYA he led the team to 5 medals at the Tokyo Olympics, was winning skipper of 2014-15 Volvo Ocean Race and British America's Cup Skipper. Currently he is General Manager of North Sails, which is the world's largest and leading sailmaker and associated peripherals.
