In the third leg of the Solitaire du Figaro from Brest to Kinsale, young Adrien Hardy (Agir Recouvrement) crossed the line to win at 20:08:45. He covered the 349 miles in 54 hours, 8 minutes and 45 seconds at an average speed of 6.45 knots.  He was followed by Yann Eliès (Generali -Europ Assistance) at 20:10:02, only 1 minute 17 seconds behind .

And if you think that's close, in the newcomers' special category, only 5 seconds separate the leader Anthony Marchand from France and second placed Francisco Lobato from Portugal.

Armel Le Cleac’h in Brit Air remains in the race overall lead, 1 hour 18 minutes ahead of Francois Gabart in Skipper Macif 2010.
