This is a light hearted look at the occasionally fraught relationship between skippers and crew seen from both points of view. It includes quizzes, anecdotes, jokes, homilies and a list some new supposedly nautical abbreviations, enhanced by the odd illustration. While some of the anecdotes are mildly amusing, for me it somewhat missed the mark. Definitely bedtime reading after a nightcap – guaranteed to do the trick!
