Tickets and events: terms and conditions
You will receive a receipt by email for any registration and payment for an LSC event. If you do not think you have received one, please check your junk mail email folder first. If it is not there, please contact us here.
LSC does not issue tickets for events. Your name will be checked by a member of staff when you arrive at an LSC event and to avoid any problems you should carry some form of ID.

We reserve the right to amend these terms when necessary.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your registration information for LSC events is correct, and to accurately supply all relevant information necessary to complete the registration as requested.
We are under no obligation to accept your registration, but will normally do so where the items are available, the registration reflects current pricing and your card/Paypal payment is approved.
Your registration represents an offer of contract from you only and is not binding until we have sent you an e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of your order.
We are entitled to withdraw from any registration in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the event appearing on our web site.
Making a registration is notification of your acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the rare circumstance that a product price has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or, again rarely, if a delivery charge needed to be applied or amended), we will e-mail you to advise of the change.
Your card will never be charged with an amount additional to your original order without your prior written consent.
You will, of course, have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Cancellation and refunds
If you place a booking for an event or rally using the site your booking is subject to our cancellation and refund policy. If the Club cancels the event or booking, you will get a full refund.
If you cancel your booking and give 48 hours notice before the event, you will get a refund, but only if the Club can reasonably avoid direct expense or resell your booking to someone else.
The Club is not obliged to take any particular action to find someone else to buy your cancelled booking.
If the Club does make a refund where you have cancelled a booking, it will be subject to a handling charge to cover bank charges and administrative costs.
The handling charge will be 15% of the original purchase price or £2.50, whichever is greater.
Any contract between us will be governed by English Law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
