Lord Mayor talks to LSC Commodore

The Lord Mayor of London, Nick Anstee, visits the Club on 2nd February.

 The Lord Mayor took time out of his busy schedule to talk with Club members about his worldwide engagements to promote business activities in the City. He also spoke about one of his leisure activities, running marathons. Nick Anstee has already run 16 London Marathons and will add one more to his list of achievements this year.

The Commodore, Keith Irons, thanked the Lord Mayor for spending time at the Club and presented him with a boson's whistle. Nick though he would ask the sea cadets present for advice on playing the instrument.
