Lucy Bruzzone is a Programme Director at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, within the University of Cambridge. She joined CISL in 2015 from Earthwatch, an international environmental charity, where she headed up their Hong Kong office. She is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.. In 2022/23 Lucy took a sabbatical from CISL to join the UK Antartic Heritage Trust for a season in Antartica

Begin with wild mushroom arancini or goats’ cheese bon bons, followed by braised featherblade of beef, pan-roasted cod or a fresh pea, asparagus and lemon risotto. Finish with vanilla crème brûlée or warming apple and rhubarb crumble.
Choose the perfect accompaniment from our new wine list and enjoy relaxed riverside dining in the welcoming surroundings of the Club.
